I have used Raj’s cost effective service on various occasions and more recently in the court of Appeal, whereby Raj succeeded in gaining permission to appeal at the oral stage, having rewritten all the documents required including the skeleton argument, yet the previous barrister failed at the paper stage.

I am a businessman and owner a large portfolio of properties and two large nursing homes. I have used the service of Mr Raj Megha on several matters encompassing landlord disputes, employment, immigration and litigation.

I came to know about Mr. Megha through my work at a Tier 4 College in London whose Tier 4 License was suspended 6 years ago.  Mr. Megha was the college’s Solicitor and he put a very solid argument when the case went to High Court for a Judicial Review.  I was the main point of contact with Mr. Megha during the whole process.   Ever since, I have been in regular contact with him on a personal basis due to his high professionalism and outstanding customer service.

I want to also comment about the many friends and close family applications that I personally referred to Mr Megha, that initially had complications like mine and that Mr Megha later on took the responsibility to represent, with all of them getting the desired outcome.  It has been a 100% success rate for the clients that I referred to him.  The most interesting one was my wife’s nephew, whose solicitor was sucking money out of him and not doing any productive work and with very meagre chances to succeed.  I took the case to Mr Megha  who readily accepted to take the matter, with all its intricacies. This case had less chances of success and eventually it went to the appellate court, which was later allowed.
