Raj Megha
Principal
Mr Raj Megha is the Principal of RKM Law. He first started as a Common Law Barrister in 2003. After having achieved substantial experience, he crossed qualified and admitted to the roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2010 to practice as a solicitor advocate both in crime and civil with right of audience in all courts.
Prior to working for RKM Law, Mr Megha has worked as Senior Commercial Litigator in other law firms and has been a retainer for several businesses. He is multi lingual, enthusiastic, meticulous and always adopt a result-oriented approach. As a solicitor advocate he can deliver the best for his clients as he functions both as a barrister and a solicitor, hence, very cost effective and experienced. As at date he holds 17 years of experience in commercial, civil litigation, family, immigration and criminal law.
Mr Megha has represented clients at different tribunals, Magistrates’ court, Crown court, High Court and Court of Appeal in various types of legal matters. He has also appeared in the District and Supreme Court of Mauritius.
He leaves no stone unturned to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.
Nihal Cuppoor

Mr Nihal Cuppoor has acquired over 15 years of experience ranging from Managerial roles, Business Consultancy through to Risk & Compliance with KPMG before he switched to law firms and was subsequently admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales. His career in the legal field revolved around civil/commercial law and business immigration.
Mr Cuppoor has been involved in several litigation matters including clinical negligence, landlord & tenant disputes, consumer rights, contractual disputes, debt recovery and intellectual property. His business acumen has been a great tool in advising commercial clients in relation to contractual disputes and intellectual property matters. He is often instructed by businesses for commercial drafting ranging from non-disclosure, joint venture, outsourcing, settlement agreements through to software licence agreements.
Mr Cuppoor also advises businesses on immigration and residency matters including, but not limited to, sponsor licence, global mobility, skilled worker visa and compliance with immigration rules.
Mr Cuppoor has a flair for problem solving and adopt dynamic approach to each case. He is known for providing practical, constructive and cost-effective advice and advocate alternative dispute resolution.
